DOES BABES AND FELINES ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
Yes. But only exchanges. Please read the description and measurements carefully BEFORE purchasing, as we do not accept returns.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS or items purchased during a sale.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES ON UNDERGARMENTS, SWIM OR THONG BODYSUITS
YOU MUST BE APPROVED FOR AN EXCHANGE BEFORE SENDING BACK YOUR PURCHASE OR THE ITEMS WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU
EXCHANGES TAKE 3 WEEKS TO PROCESS. CUSTOMER PAYS FOR ALL SHIPPING FEES (RETURNS AND BACK TO THE CUSTOMER)
ONE EXCHANGE PER PURCHASE
Notice of exchanges must be done within five days of customer receiving merchandise. Once shipped, we do not accept returns. If we receive no notice, the item will be returned back to you
If you want to exchange your previously purchased item and it is damaged, we will gladly exchange the product for something else on our website that is of equal or greater value. Please let us know immediately of any damages to the product.
If you are wanting to exchange your purchased item, your new selection must be equal or greater value of your original purchase. We do not honor refunds for exchanges. We do not exchange for brand new arrivals.
We require a tracking number on merchandise that is sent back to us and these items must be returned in the same condition that it was received.
WHEN YOU'RE PURCHASING DURING A SALE
Please be sure that all information is correct on your order before checking out.
- Please be sure that you have chosen the correct size of the item you would like to purchase.
- If you cancel your order, you will be charged a $10 restocking fee.
- Please enter the promotional code that you would like to use BEFORE completing your order. This cannot be altered once the order is placed.
- Please read all Holiday information listed on the site before you purchase.
- There are no exchanges/returns on sale or promotional items.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with tracking to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email after the following 5 business days of your order, please check your spam folder and add email@example.com to your safe sender list or email us the name and email you ordered under.
Babes and Felines US orders usually deliver in 3-5 business days.
International Orders are processed weekly and can take from 7-15 business days for delivery
HOW DO I CHECKOUT?
Checkout as a guest with Paypal and use your debit/credit card or check in as a Paypal user and complete a payment
YOU MUST PAY FOR RETURNING SHIPPING CHARGES
All of the information on the whereabouts of your package can be seen by using your tracking number

WHERE ARE THE SIZES?
The majority of our inventory are ONE SIZE FITS MOST pieces. Our pieces have fit from size 0 to size 14. Check out our Instagram for examples of customer pictures.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE SKIRTS AND TUBE DRESSES?
They are the same pieces and can be worn as each other. If you purchase the Fire Pink Tube Dress, you can wear it as the Fire Pink Skirt!
